Later, when I started to learn to write, I used my stronger left arm and developed a sideways tilt to my head and shoulders along with a curvature to my spine (scoliosis). This was recently corrected however with corrective chiropractic care methods. As a young teen, a trampoline injury tore a ligament in my upper back and I immediately developed intense heartburn symptoms along with low back pain. Running cross-country in high school brought on shin splints which caused even more pain in my body. I tried to alleviate some of this pain with different chiropractors over several years, but only got temporary relief due to not finding the right technique for my situation.
