Travel in Style: Pain Free and With Confidence!

The weather is hot, the kids are out of school, and it is time to pack up and head out to beachier locations! Before you do though, it's time to check in and be mindful of your body so you can enjoy the vacation in its entirety!

First things first, give Dr. Ben a call and make sure that your plans are in line with your body's abilities! That rollercoaster may sound incredible, but it could set back your progress by months. Next up, ask him what you can pack to keep any discomfort at bay!

On your trip make sure to keep your luggage on wheels so that you can easily pull it to and from your destination. Carrying heavy bags is a sure way to hurt yourself. 

Whether coming or going, make sure you move as much as possible on planes and trains. Walk up and down the aisles as much as you can. In cars, stop as needed, and when you can to stretch your back and legs.

Definitely be sure to take your time on your trip. Sometimes less is more and that may be the difference between an enjoyable vacation, and a pain-filled one.
