Peripheral Neuropathy

What is Peripheral Neuropathy?

Peripheral Neuropathy is, by technical definition, an altered perception and function of the structures of the human body controlled by the peripheral nervous system. What this means in English is a person with peripheral neuropathy will have one or more of the following in either their arms, legs, hands, feet, knees, elbows, shoulders, hips and/or butt; numbness, tingling, pins and needles, body part feeling cold, wounds that either won’t heal or are slow to heal, dull achy pain, sharp pain, or most commonly burning pain after use of the affected body part. Often, this type of problem affects only one side, and seems to never truly go away no matter how much exercising, medication, or therapy directed at the pain you get.

Here at Evans Chiropractic and Pain Relief Laser Clinic, we have an entire protocol dedicated to healing those with peripheral neuropathy. This protocol includes the MLS Class IV, the most powerful therapeutic laser in the world; the Medical Wave Therapeutic System, the most advanced high–pulse acoustic wave therapy system in the world; The Bac-on-Trac and Knee-on-Trac mechanical traction systems; the Hakomed Electrical Stimulation system, the most powerful and effective electrical stimulation system for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy. Finally, this protocol also includes regenerative medicine, which includes stem cells, PRP injections, and ozone injections. Call us today to start on the road to getting your life back from peripheral neuropathy.
