Dr. Damon Dornbier is the Chiropractic Physician at Wellspring Family Chiropractic.  Dr. Dornbier and his wife, Gina, moved to Cookeville in 2016 from Mason City, Iowa in search of warmer weather and outdoor activities.

'I have been in private practice for the past 28+ years treating and caring for patients just like you.  My time in practice has given me the experience, as well as, compassion for all patients, which I want to continue to provide here at Wellspring Family Chiropractic.'

My journey in Chiropractic began in 1989 when I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.  I joined and practiced for 1 year as an intern associate in Carroll, Iowa.  From there, I opened a practice in Mason City, IA, Dornbier Chiropractic, in 1990.  In the past 26 years, I have continued my education in the Chiropractic field with a Certification in Acupuncture in 1996.  Also, I received my Certification as a Diplomat in Clinical Nutrition from Northwestern Health Science University in 2004.  I am a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and provide examinations for CDL drivers for medical DOT certificates.  I received advanced certification in Whiplash Traumatology and treatment from the San Diego Spine Research Institute in 1994, as well.

Along with providing patient care, I was involved with the Iowa Chiropractic Society serving as local President of the chapter for 4 years and served as the district representative for the State Chiropractic Society.

My wife, Gina, and I are excited to be in the Cookeville area.  We enjoy taking our canine children, Benny and Charlie, for a walk in the evenings.  I enjoy golfing, flying, boating, and hiking.
