Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. Prior to your visit we ask that you complete all new patient forms that are located in the New Patient Center of our website. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition(s).

Consultation

Next, you will have a thorough consultation with Dr. Snider or Nurse Practitioner Beth Ledda to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential therapies options. This initial visit is designed for our practitioners to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how we can meet your goals.
