Insurance

At Associated Chiropractic we believe in Wellness care. We are a Wellness clinic and have worked very hard to make health care affordable for all budgets.  Our office participates in most major commercial insurance companies as well as automobile and workman’s compensation cases.  For those patients who have little to no chiropractic insurance coverage, we have flexible payment options available upon request.  We also accept Care Credit.  To learn more about payment options or Care Credit and how it works, please feel free to contact our office staff at (218) 728-3686.

There are many different plans and your coverage may vary widely.  We encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your chiropractic benefits.

If we are not participating providers for your specific insurance plan there is typically a reason why.  Likely, we will be able to provide you with better coverage at a lower cost.

For plans that have co-pays, payment of that co-pay is expected at the time of service.

No Insurance

For patients with little to no chiropractic insurance coverage or that have high insurance deductibles (and choose not to use their insurance) time of service cash payment discounts are available. Flexible payment plans are available upon request.

Family Wellness Plans

As a Wellness clinic, we believe that your health is your most important asset. We offer a great Family Wellness program to those established patients who have completed their Doctor recommended care plan. We encourage our patients to continue receiving the benefits of Wellness care in our office.  Our philosophy - it is easier and cheaper to stay well, than get well.  If your body wears out, where are you going to live?  Ask our front desk about our wellness program.
