Alysanne Bresko, NTP

My name is Alysanne Bresko, and I am a certified Nutritional Therapist. I am passionate about educating people about food and the ability to heal their bodies through nutrition. It is not necessary to suffer or reinvent the wheel when it comes to making nutritional changes. I will work with you and support you through this process.

I was introduced to Nutritional Therapy by a friend during a time that I was desperate to help my son heal from his Celiac disease. The more I learned about nutrition and its powerful effects on healing the body, the more I wanted to become a Nutritional Therapist myself! I am blessed to have such a supportive husband who encouraged me to pursue my passion.

Outside of Nutritional Therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids. Most of my family lives in Bend, and I try and visit them as often as possible. I enjoy horseback riding, hiking, snowshoeing and cooking. I love animals and we have two dogs and a horse. I love riding horses, but have left the competitive riding in my past and now enjoy a nice trail ride on a sunny day.
