Big congrats to Ardrey Kell High School's Cross Country Team at the State meet this past weekend. Girls finished with a strong 2nd place and boy's with a fourth place overall. These kids have worked and trained hard all season for this and it paid off. Proud to be an assistant coach for this team. Special shout out to Mark Blackmon from West Charlotte who won the state title in a time of 15:28....... I have been working with Mark since he was in the 8th grade and it has been fun to watch this kid progress. Looking for a strong college career. Shout out to Madeline Talbert from South Meck with a strong 9th place finish, her form has gotten better and better these past 2 years. Shout out to AK's Sydney Foreman who came in 4th and Kaitlyn Kramer to round off the top 10. Great job to all! See you next week for strength and speed training
