Swim Clinic Friday July 9th. Harris Y 6:30 PM until 8:00. Cost is $5 or $10 depending on membership. Learn proper technique to avoid shoulder injuries, increase speed, drills, and open water techniques for tri's. Led by Dr. Clay Gasparovich from Greenapple Sports and Wellness.
