Sanjay joined our staff after completing the course of study at Quinnipiac College’s famed musculoskeletal program, and working with a number of different areas of Rehabilitation as a private practitioner. A highly creative adapter of these contemporary techniques to each individual’s problems, Sanjay, a Texan, has shown particular success with scoliosis, spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis. He specializes in developing state of the art spine and sports medicine rehab programs which an emphasis on active therapies. A great emphasis is placed on teaching patient self-care techniques so they can transition from away from depending on specialist and toward on-going conditioning.
Note: Mr. Joseph accepts some commercial insurance plans out of network as a NON-PARTICIPATING provider so you may be subject to a deductible. He does accept Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for care varies widely for the types of services that we offer, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge. Patients are entitled to a statement of fees which will be provided to you by our office upon request. If your doctor does not participate with your specific insurance plan and you are responsible for payment, our office will include a courtesy claim form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as per their payment guidelines.
