Why the CORRECT tests are necessary to test for Gluten Sensitivity!
Since gluten is one of the biggest causes of inflammation leading to a host of chronic diseases and health problems, it is extremely important to have the proper testing done for gluten sensitivity. Traditional testing methods whether saliva, stool or blood, only test for ONE of the proteins found in wheat, Alpha Gliadin. However, there are over 23 different proteins and peptides found in the wheat plant that cause gluten sensitivity and Celiac disease. Even 50% of confirmed Celiac patients DO NOT react to Alpha gliadin. They are reacting to one or more of the other proteins in wheat!
