Dr. Marianne Beck is the founder and director of Womens BestHealth Functional Medicine and Nutrition Center in Pompano Beach, Florida. Her practice focuses on utilizing a Functional Medicine approach to identify the underlying cause of a patients' disorder or symptom and to intervene with specific nutritional protocols, diet and lifestyle changes to correct the underlying imbalance and restore health and wellbeing.

Dr. Beck graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1979. She has been in private practice in Pompano Beach, Florida for over 36 years. Prior to attending post graduate school, Dr. Beck worked as a microbiologist for Advanced BioFactors Corp. She was instrumental in formulating collagenase, an enzyme used around the world for wound, dermal ulcer and burn debridement, marketed by Knoll Pharmaceuticals.

In order to stay current with new research and offer her patients the most effective and individualized treatment, Dr. Beck continues her rigorous post doctorate studies in Functional Endocrinology with an emphasis on thyroid dysfunction, women's hormone issues, adrenal fatigue/stress, autoimmune disorders and Functional Neuroendocrinology, the brain and neurotransmitters, as well as clinical nutrition.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Marianne Beck has had numerous articles published on various natural health and functional medicine topics. Her patients include menopausal and peri-menopausal women and those suffering with adrenal fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, Colitis, etc.), fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, thyroid conditions, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, neurotransmitter imbalances, osteoporosis, autoimmune disorders and patients looking to treat their health care issues naturally.
