Personal Trainer

Another great way to get results is to make sure you are getting expert advice and supervision. A personal trainer is a great way to ensure that you are exercising safely and effectively to accomplish your goal. All exercise is not the same; some people want to build more muscle mass, some people want more tone and definition, some want to lose weight. All three have different strategies. You can speak with a wellness coach to provide a routine and information, but a personal trainer will be in the fitness center, at the wellness center or at your home with you watching your body mechanics, showing you the best equipment to use and most importantly pushing you towards maximize results.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Myself and my wife both have had the pleasure of being clients of Steven Skaggs. Steve is the real deal with a huge heart and truly cares for his clients needs! Steve and his wonderful staff always go above and beyond to make sure that they are diagnosing and helping you with the best up to date information and technology available. I could not more highly recommend another Chiropractor in the Joplin area that will have your best interests in mind! Thank you for all you do Steven!"

  • "A huge thank you to Dr. Skaggs! My memory has been crap after my car wreck. Tonight after my Oxygen dive, I was able to recall an entire conversation to remember a request. That was huge for me."
    Michelle R.
  • "Dr. Skaggs found the cause of my frozen shoulder when the orthopedic docs didn't...it was partially sublexed!! After just 4-5 times of him putting it back in place I was able to start working on my range of motion!!!"
