Insurance
We are participating providers with Medicare, Blue Cross VT, and Cigna. We are currently considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans.
Fee Schedule
For those who will be paying out of pocket for healthcare services our fee schedule is as follows:
Initial Visit: $100. We will spend 60 minutes evaluating your current health concern(s). This visit includes a consultation and examination.
Treatment/Follow-up visit: $45. Treatment and follow up visits to discuss your care plan.
