Initial visit - Chiropractic & Functional Medicine. $100
We will spend up to 60 minutes exploring your health concerns focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, as well as emotional and physical stressors to develop an understanding of what body system(s) are out of balance. Lab tests may be ordered. Utilizing the information gathered from this visit, a personalized care plan with be created.
Follow up visits. $45
Follow up visits will focus on treatment, evaluating progress, and changing course as necessary.
