What to Expect

Day 1

Upon arriving for your first visit to Rockrimmon Integrated Medical, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will then introduce you to your case manager. Your case manager is your advocate and is in charge of making sure that all of your concerns are heard and addressed. Once you are satisfied that all of your concerns and goals for care have been addressed, you will be examined by one of our medical providers. Upon completion of this exam, all of the doctors and therapists will meet to discuss your specific case. In this team meeting, we will formulate a plan to get you better as quickly as possible.

Day 2

On your second visit to RIM, you will receive the report on the findings of your examination and the recommendations for care that the doctors and therapists have agreed upon. We will review your imaging studies (digital x-ray and/or diagnostic ultrasound) with you and make sure that all of your questions have been answered. After your report of findings, your case manager will go over the financial and insurance details of your case. Once all of your questions regarding insurance and finances are answered, you will immediately begin care that is specifically designed to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.
