Dr. Brett Baxter received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland University in Kansas City in 2017, after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Friends University in 2013. Dr. Baxter is a native of Park City, Kansas and is passionate about helping patients function at their optimum capacity. Choosing to be a chiropractor was his natural niche as he always “asks the next question” and enjoys the challenge of finding the root cause of disease, rather than just masking symptoms.
"As a DC with training in functional medicine, I focus on supporting the body — not diagnosing or treating disease. My work is about optimizing physiology, improving resilience, and helping people use labs, nutrition, and lifestyle to feel and function better.
My training in functional medicine lets me look at the body as one connected system. I help people understand metabolic, cardiovascular, thyroid/adrenal, and other chronic patterns — not by diagnosing disease, but by supporting how the body actually functions.
When needed, I use functional lab testing to get a deeper look at what’s going on physiologically.
My goal is simple: meet you where you’re at, give you conservative and effective strategies, and help your body function at its highest potential so you can live and feel better."
