Dr. Valerie has in depth training in the cause, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, nerve and joint conditions. She practices chiropractic through full body adjustments and soft tissue techniques.
Her passion for women’s health has grown tremendously through her experience in practice. Dr. Valerie has a true appreciation for the female frame and an understanding that women’s health is beautifully different. Whether going through puberty, pregnancy or post-menopause, Dr. Valerie helps her patients ignite the innate ability of the body to balance and heal itself.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Valerie spending quality time with family and friends, taking dance/yoga classes, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
