Dr. Kasia Kohler, DO, is board-certified Family Medicine physician with a passion for functional medicine. Dr. Kohler offers life-changing solutions to health care problems with a unique "outside the box" perspective. Her comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical approach allows her to use cutting-edge testing and in-depth analysis of her patients. Dr. Kohler has completed training through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). Dr. Kohler grew up in the Chicago suburbs and obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She then obtained her medical degree from the Kansas CIty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her post-graduate training and Board Certification was in Family Medicine at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City. Dr. Kohler's first two years of medical practice focused on breastfeeding medicine, tongue-tie laser treatments, and infertility treatments using NaProTechnology and the Creighton Model of Natural Family Planning. Dr. Kohler has also worked in urgent care for 9 years.
Besides functional medicine, Dr. Kohler's passion is her family, which is led by her husband, Vaughn, a marketing expert and performance coach. Vaughn and Kasia live in Manhattan, KS, with their four daughters and one little boy with Down Syndrome.
