Examination
After your consultation, Dr. Peter or Dr. Barbara Marciante will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

Insight Into Your Body
To give you, the patient, the best treatment, we need to have the best diagnostic equipment, which we feel we have at Back In Line Chiropractic Center Inc. In addition to our extensive skills in orthopedic, neurological and sensory testing, we use x-rays and the Insight Millennium 2000, which is certified space technology by the Space Foundation. The Insight Millennium 2000 is an electronic neurological testing station, which gives us insight to your nervous system.
This screening and evaluation system, which uses surface electromyography technology (SEMG), was originally designed to measure changes in the spinal muscles of astronauts. Also part of our arsenal is the Associate Platinum by Foot Levelers. It is an electronic foot scan that can be sent directly to Foot Levelers to custom make orthotics. Our patients are like our family and only the best will do.
X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
Treatment
At the conclusion of this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
