“ Perfect timing, like I (finally) did something good, and Karma smiled on me! (JK, super blessed). Anyways, my long term chiropractor just moved, and he used a less common method of adjustments. was running a marketing campaign and for a good cause, asking only a canned good item as compensation for the first appointment, and he actually knows how to do this method, also, even though his practice is much more thorough than just one type of adjustment. His website is very informative, but Dr. did a great job of explaining each treatment in common English instead of medical English, which I like, bc I didn't study medicine. I felt the exact type of sensation that I was supposed to, which was mainly massive relief in muscles that needed pressure release. I like hard pressure, but Dr. was very cognizant of the applied pressure, so I'm guessing he's mastered a wide range. The hard pressure, I can testify, it's good stuff. He also checked my spine and gave me the adjustment I prefer for where he found something out of alignment. Feels much better today, and no headache. Looking forward to super relaxed back, neck, and pelvis muscles with proper alignment.”

“I played every bone-crunching sport growing up, and now its coming back to haunt me. Plus is doesn't help that I'm scrunched over a computer all day for work, and a cell phone half the night. In short, my neck and back are in constant strain.
Years ago I learned that a good Chiropractor could instantly relieve a lot of pent up problems. And after living in 5 different states, plus London, I've also become aware that there's a wide variety of practitioners out there. In fact, when I moved back to San Diego in 2015, I joined a somewhat popular chain called "The Joint," which offered weekly adjustments for a fixed price each month... kind of like a gym or massage membership.
