As the Chief Wellness and Operating Officer for RxWellness Spine & Health, Phoebe has a passion for helping people to be at their best. Phoebe also volunteers her time to The Wellness Champions, an international non-profit organization that promotes wellness in communities and corporations. She strives to bring her 24+ years of industry corporate experience to deliver a high-performing, top quality care wellness center that serves the surrounding communities. Phoebe’s aspiration is to help workplace leaders succeed in their corporate and employee wellness programs. She strives to help individuals in their steps towards healthy behaviors that improve energy, productivity, and quality performance at work.

Prior to joining RxWellness Spine & Health, she held leading positions in consulting, management, sales and marketing for top global consulting and technology firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and Oracle. She is a wife and mother of 4. In 2010, she was provoked by a friendly dare to train for a local fitness competition. Undergoing a body transformation journey is never an easy feat and there were many moments of doubt and wanting to give up. But what kept her going was the ‘feel-good’ hormones that energized her daily as she pushed towards her goal. She was floored when she won first place and took home the overall winner trophy. This was the beginning of her journey towards the health and wellness field. Little did she realized where this “fun dare” was going to lead when she stepped on stage for the first time at the age of 40. Over the next 7 years, she continued to compete because she enjoys developing deeper knowledge of nutrition, fitness and helping others live well from within. She is currently a National, Pro-level Fitness Athlete.

In order to be at her best, maintain sanity and attain work and family balance, she executes the RxWellness Model way of living fully. Corporate colleagues often seek her advice and guidance on health and wellness over the years. She is humbled to have inspired friends and colleagues to make changes in their lifestyles and start feeling good from inside-out. Recently, she has lost friends due to ailments such as cancer and heart diseases. These were high-performing executives within the corporate ranks! Having these traumatic experiences within her close friends led Phoebe to re-evaluate her career direction. She clearly saw her calling to be that of what she aspired to be when she was younger: to help people be well. Due to financial constraints of being the oldest of 5 girls, she gave up her dream of becoming a Doctor in order to help her parents raised her younger sisters.

“So, having accomplished all that I've wanted and desired in terms of professional success in the corporate world, at 47, I am ready to hang up my corporate hat and share my knowledge and experience -- the secrets to my wellness success. I want to help my fellow "corporate desk jockeys and road warriors"-- 1. To understand the sources of their health impediments that prevent them from performing at their best, 2. To take action before it's too late, and 3. To retire in good health so they can enjoy the rest of their lives. All this aligns with my values and my passion ... helping people be at their best!”

Let Phoebe & the Doctors at RxWellness Spine & Health present education and action steps to support healthy behaviors that improve energy, productivity, and quality performance at work. Phoebe is eager to schedule a workshop at your convenience to educate employees on health and wellness (e.g., Stress Management, Nutrition, Fitness, Headaches) -- perhaps a lunch 'n' learn or a series of workshops. They are FREE to you but offer invaluable benefits your company! Call 571-334-5324 OR click here to contact us.
