Vertigo:Vertigo is the the feeling that your surroundings are spinning while you are standing still. The sensation is similar to feeling you may feel after spinning in place or going on a carnival ride that causes you to spin very fast. You may feel as though you are falling or constantly off balance. Associated symptoms may include nausea, ringing in the ear, hearing loss, double vision, or the sensation of fullness in the ears. |

Dizziness: Dizziness is a disoriented feeling such as faintness or light-headedness. Often after a car accident injury, patient will experience dizziness as a symptom of an injury. |
