  • Nicholas Wismann, LAc, L.M.T

    Nicholas is nationally certified in Chinese Medicine with the NCCAOM and is nationally certified in massage therapy as well.  He has specialized in treating chronic debilitation conditions such as fibromyalgia, Irritable bowel syndrome, Chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, Parkinsons, Multiple sclerosis, stroke, Diabetes and much more. 

    Nicholas started his medical career by earning his bachelors degree in Integrative Physiology.  While studying for the program he lived in China and became fascinated with Chinese medicine.  He decided to further his education by earning his graduate degree in Chinese Medicine at the Bastyr University in Seattle.  He received further training in pain management, oncology, endocrinology, gynecology and respiratory care. 

    Nicholas believes health is best maintained through holistic, preventative treatment, through education about nutrition, exercises and living a balanced lifestyle and looks forward to helping you heal today.

  • Melissa Pottberg
    BS,MS

    Melissa earned her B.S. in health and exercise science and her master’s in toxicology from Colorado State University. She received her Advanced Teacher Training in Pilates Exercise from the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. 


    Melissa has over 10 years of experience guiding patients through their Pilates therapeutic exercise programs at various physical therapy clinics and Pilates studios. She also has classical training in dance.

    Melissa has experience directing prenatal, fundamental, beginner and advanced Pilates classes, She has helped patients recover from herniated disks, motor vehicle accidents and joint replacement surgeries. She is experienced in treating scoliosis, sciatica, sprains and strains and overall health improvement.
