What to Expect
You will meet with one of our doctors and they will ask you about your diet, fitness, any health issues or concerns, and your personal nutritional goals. Along with a computerized health analysis, our doctor will give you a handful of dietary recommendations and possibly nutritional supplements so your body has all the nutrients it needs.
We advise our nutritional counseling patients to meet with one of our doctors on a monthly basis.
How to Prepare
You do not have to prepare for your nutritional counseling appointments. If you would like, you are more than welcome to prepare a list of concerns and goals to discuss with the doctor.
You are more than welcome to fill out our patient forms in advance.
