Chiropractic Adjustments

chiropractic adjustments centennial co

Chiropractic adjustments offer a unique approach to treat upper back pain, lower back pain, headaches, muscle tension, pinched nerves, and so much more.

When performed by a trained doctor, adjustments are very safe and will improve your body’s physical function. Complications associated with chiropractic adjustments are very rare. Depending on the reason you are seeking treatment, you can expect to see an improvement in as little as one to six sessions.

What to Expect

Adjustments are performed by one of our licensed specialists using their hands or a small tool to manipulate the vertebrae, also known as spinal manipulation. A standard consultation lasts between 30 minutes to an hour.

On your first visit, we will request that you complete our patient forms. Our doctor will ask questions pertaining to your health history, concerns, and any pain or discomfort you have been experiencing. This will be followed by a physical exam. Depending on the severity, our doctor might request further examinations or X-rays.

How to Prepare

You do not have to prepare for a chiropractic adjustment. You are more than welcome to fill out our patient forms in advance.
