You can save yourself time in the waiting room on the day of your appointment by printing and filling out all your new patient paperwork prior. All of your new patient forms can be found on our website, ranging from your insurance information forms to your medical background form. From there, simply bring in your completed forms on the day of your appointment so we can get your information entered and ensure that you're seen by our chiropractic team promptly. Payment and Insurance Information
We strongly believe that everybody should be able to have access to the quality chiropractic care they deserve, which is why we strive to maintain affordable pricing. We're also happy to accept most insurance plans here in our office, including auto accident, workers compensation, and Medicare. If you're planning on using insurance to cover some or all of your chiropractic costs with us, please give us a call prior to your appointment with your insurance information so we can verify we accept your policy.
Even if you don't have insurance that covers chiropractic care, we're happy to work with you and keep your costs as low as possible. For example, we offer flexible payment programs as well as family plans and special promotions to suit your needs. We also like to remind patients that chiropractic care is often a much more cost-effective means of treatment, especially when compared to alternatives such as risky procedures and even prescription medications.
What to Expect
When you come in for your first appointment, we'll collect your paperwork and send you to see our chiropractor as soon as possible. The purpose of your first appointment will be for us to get to know you better as well as work towards any diagnoses that may be needed. From there, we can develop a customized treatment plan for follow-up visits to help you find relief from symptoms, prevent future issues, and improve your overall health and wellness.
