TASTY RECIPE

Eating healthy is a foundation to good long term health. "Organic" is a label practically everyone can agree is important in health. Here is a fast, fun, totally healthy breakfast I consume regularly. Try it out a few times and see for yourself.

Here’s the recipe:

  • 1-2 cups of almond milk, raw almond milk or other liquid product your body does well with. (Many people who are sensitive to animal milk may be able to tolerate the whey protein.)
  • 1 raw organic banana
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries, cherries, raspberries or other fruit
  • Undenatured whey protein or other protein powder (7-15 grams of protein. See the container for amounts.)
  • 1-2 raw fertile eggs. (Fertile eggs contain a special health factor.)

You can also add a scoop of chocolate powder, if desired. Chocolate powder goes well with cherries, blueberries and raspberries.)
Blend in a blender. It makes a fast, healthy, great-tasting drink.

Standard Process Whey Protein Complete is undenatured, and comes from unpasteurized milk. If your whey protein powder doesn’t say undenatured, it isn’t. You can count on that.
