Liver Galbladder Flush

The Liver Gallbladder Flush

Attention: There is a very small chance that a gallstone may block the bile duct when doing this flush. This becomes a surgical emergency, but if you don't flush it, you will wind up getting the surgery anyway. I have never had a patient have this problem!

For 5 days prior to the "Flush", consume as much apple juice or cider as your appetite permits in addition to regular meals. Add a total of 30 drops of organic phosphorus liquid (purchased at the office) to the apple juice or cider each day (10 drops three times a day). Take your usual nutritional supplements. The first preference for juice would be freshly juiced organic apples, secondly, apple juice or cider (unsweetened and preferably organic). Publix carries apple cider found in the orange juice section. Please read the labels carefully and only purchase a juice that has no additives whatsoever. If you are a severe hypoglycemic or diabetic, or have difficulty tolerating the juice, you may take 10 drops with each meal in distilled water or some type of juice other than apple. But please eat apples if you can.

At noon on the sixth day, you should eat a normal lunch and take your usual supplements.

Two hours after lunch, drink 1 or 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt dissolved in 1 to 3 ounces of warm water. This tastes really bad so follow it up with a little citrus juice if needed.

Four hours after lunch, take a 1 quart coffee enema with one-fourth (1/4) cup of Epsom salt dissolved in it. If you are not familiar with the term enema, it means you are going to squirt this up your butt. Hold it in there for 15 minutes and then go poop it out. The coffee should be made strong, but not stronger than 4 tablespoons of ground coffee per quart of water. No instant or decaf coffee please and no cream or sugar! :-)

Five hours after lunch, take 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt dissolved as the previous dose.

Six or seven hours after lunch, eat a fresh fruit salad using as many fresh fruits in season as possible. Use heavy whipping cream as dressing on the salad. Eat as much of this as you like. If fresh fruit is unavailable, frozen berries can be used covered in whipping cream. By the way, whipped cream is not Cool Whip or sprayed from a can, it is something from a cow! If you have a sugar problem, eat what you can.

Now the fun really begins! At bedtime, drink 4 tablespoons of unrefined olive oil followed by 1 tablespoon of fresh citrus juice every 15 minutes until 8 ounces of oil have been consumed. This is really nasty!!!!! It helps to suck the oil through a straw to avoid most of your tongue. If you vomit (I said it was nasty) keep doing it anyway. You don't have to make up for the amount that was vomited. Nausea felt during this process usually indicates stimulation of the gallbladder and/or liver.

Once you have gotten this down and it stays put, lay on your right side with your right knee drawn toward your chin until your 15 minutes are up. Take your next sip and lay down again each time. When you have all the oil done, lay on your side for 30 minutes to encourage the oil to drain from your stomach and help the contents of the gallbladder to move into the small intestine.

If you feel ill during the night, another strong coffee enema with the Epsom salt will help. Now be sure to look at what is coming out. You might flush all your stones without taking a peek!

In the morning, if you feel like tossing your cookies, stay in bed until you feel better. Do not force vomiting.

When you get up take another strong coffee enema with Epsom salt or drink 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt dissolved in 1 to 3 ounces of warm water. Be sure to look at what comes out! Usually you will see light to dark green irregular shaped lumps floating in a sea of coffee poop. They are from grape seed to cherry sized. This is what came out of your gallbladder. You may be overwhelmed with the urge to show your family and friends. I assure you, they will not be as thrilled as you, so perhaps it is best to tell without the show.

If you still feel nauseous or very sore in your upper abdomen even after the enema, a light diet of sprouts, fruit (raw or steamed) yogurt or kefir and fresh vegetable juices (especially juice with beet greens) should be maintained for several days until the nausea subsides. In other words, eat light and healthy for a few days. These symptoms are very rare, so don't wig out and decide to not do the flush. It only means that you really needed it! Most people only complain about the taste of the Epsom salts and oil. ¬ÝCall and make an appointment so we can decrease the nausea and be sure everything is OK.

If you passed lots of green stones, you may want to schedule another flush in a month or so. Not before. This is a bit hard on the system so give yourself some time to settle down. I do not recommend this flush for anyone with liver disease such as hepatitis or liver cancer. Those people need help, but need to do it in a much gentler way with supplements. By the way, we have wonderful success helping patients with hepatitis.

You will be amazed at the number of problems that will disappear after doing this flush such as headaches, bloating, nausea, right shoulder pain, lack of appetite, constipation or diarrhea.

If you don't have a gallbladder, this is for you! One million gallbladders are removed each year in this country. Think about it, a gallbladder is a sac. Unless a sac has a hole in it, it is usually fine. Your gallbladder did not have a hole, it was filled with sludge. Now that you don't have a gallbladder, that sludge is in your liver. By the way, if you do not have a gallbladder, you should be taking supplemental bile, Biotics Beta Plus, for the rest of your life. The gallbladder was like the turkey baster, it squirted bile into your digestive system when you ate. They took your squirter! So now you have a bile drip, not a squirt.

Good luck and God bless. To your health!
