Lime Green Smoothie
1/2 to 1 can of white grape juice (frozen kind) Kids will love the entire can, I find it to sweet.
1/2 banana
1 sprig mint (not essential)
1 wedge lime (1/8 size)
1 tsp honey
4 cups spinach
3 cups ice
Throw it all in the blender and GO!
