Are you healthier if you eat healthy foods?  The answer is obviously YES, but so many of my patients think they do eat healthy, yet don't.  To eat healthy and alkalize your body, you want to eat food that is freshly prepared from raw veggies, fruits, berries, nuts and seeds as often as possible.  To help you on your path to health and wellness I am going to send you amazingly delicious recipes that you can try each week.  My goal is that you will learn new ways to eat that you will enjoy.

This week try a new twist on Stuffed Peppers.  The smaller you cut the veggies the better this will taste.
