Kale Coleslaw

Before you add the other veggies, Raw Kale needs to be prepared with a pinch of sea salt, 1 t of fresh lemon juice, 1 t of olive oil. You need to massage the chopped Kale with your hands until it looks cooked. Next add the other veggies and toss the dressing on top. Your body will be so happy you did! This is a staple to my diet! 3 cups Kale cut into thin ribbons (I find it in bags at Publix, remove the larger stem pieces)
3 cups cabbage cut into thin ribbons (if you use the purple cabbage the results are stunningly beautiful to look at!)
2 T chopped red onion (if you use the purple cabbage you can use white sweet onion)
1 Tomato chopped
Dressing

1 T olive oil
1 T flax seed oil (you can double the olive if you don't have flax, flax is really good for you!)
½ T lemon
½ T agave nectar (you can use honey, but please try the agave, it is so tasty)
½ T minced garlic
¼ T mustard powder
1 T onion powder
1 T light miso
