5 small summer squash, sliced
Juice of one half lemon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c chopped onion
2 T olive oil
1t turmeric
1t dill
1t sea salt
1/2 t agave nectar
1/2 t red pepper flakes
Lightly toss ingredients together. You can also throw all in the blender and make a cold soup
