He is a graduate of Iowa State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology while completing his pre-chiropractic education requirements. Following his time at ISU (GO CLONES!), Dr. Sullivan attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he studied traditional chiropractic care methods. Palmer College, often referred to as the “Fountain Head,” was where Chiropractic was founded and developed.
Following graduation Dr. Sullivan relocated to Johnstown, Pennsylvania where he ran a successful Structural Correction practice for 10 years. Seeing the great results addressing the underlying cause of people’s ailments, Dr. Sullivan furthered his study into learning about correction of the Atlas Displacement Complex and Structural Corrective chiropractic care to refine his skill in helping patients to return to peak function. Being obsessed with specificity and objectivity, this approach to Structural Correction was a perfect match for him. In addition to care for adults, Dr Sullivan saw the benefits chiropractic care had for children and pregnant women leading him to study prenatal and pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association
Dr. Sullivan was blessed to have met his wife, Stephanie, while living in Pennsylvania They were married in 2009 and now have 3 children, Charlotte, Amelia, and Davis. With their bright smiles, vivacious personalities, and signature curly hair it’s hard to miss them coming. In his free time Dr. Sullivan can be found spending time with his “crew”, at Hope Community Church, or participating in his second passion of working out at Crossfit Embark.
Dr Sullivan’s life motto is to maintain a “relentless pursuit of excellence while experiencing all life has to offer.”
Dr Sullivan made the decision in 2017 to relocate to the Triangle and has been thrilled with his choice. In his own words, “This place just feels like home.” Having recently relocated to the Triangle, he is looking forward to bringing Structural Correction to the area and working with members of the community in achieving their desired health goals.
