"Spring Forward" Doesn't Mean Losing Your Sleep Routine

Here we are again! Even with all of the snow on the ground over the past few weeks, we're headed toward Spring. This weekend, Daylight Savings Time strikes again. As we "spring forward" and lose an hour of sleep, don't worry that you will lose sleep and be more exhausted.

Be sure to stick to your routine! Sticking to your routine is one thing that will help keep you from feeling tired when the time changes. Head to bed 15 minutes early for a few days to get a few extra minutes of rest. If bedtime for the kids is 8pm, don't let them stay up late because of the time change. They may feel like they aren't tired and ready for bed, but they can have quiet time and rest. Sleep is important for all ages!
