I have been a patient of chiropractic medicine since I was young. My family is all very tall and there is history of acute scoliosis, sciatica, and other such ailments on both sides of my family. My parents wanted to ensure I was growing as straight and strong as possible so my first visit was around 6 years old.
We worked with our knowledgeable and effective local New Jersey doctor of Chiropractic through my youth. I participated in a variety of activities and sports: gymnastics, softball, basketball, dance, and cheerleading.

I moved from New Jersey to Raleigh in 2007.  Upon moving here, I needed to find a new trusted chiropractor right away. With anxiety, I set up an appointment with a local doctor I found randomly on the Internet. Almost instantly at this first visit, I knew his manners and technique were not what I was looking for. Then a friend mentioned that she uses a chiropractor and raved about his professionalism and efficacy for her sciatic pain.  She had been his client for several years, so I set up my first appointment with Dr. Armstrong at Chiropractic Partners in Cary that afternoon.  

How it has helped! I have seen Dr. Armstrong for a variety of issues, such as: sciatica, lower back, neck and shoulder pain, broken ankle, and uneven hip alignment. These have always been areas of issue with me. Importantly, he will share the ‘don’ts' and well as the ‘dos’ associated with my particular situation in order for me to maximize my own wellness. I always have a very relieved feeling after my visits, and my body will tell me when I need to go and get adjusted again!
