PROVIDE PAIN RELIEF FOR BACK & NECK PAIN, HEADACHES, SCIATICA, INJURIES AND MORE!

It's that wonderful time of year again! The temperatures are 70 to 80 degrees during the day, the 50s and 60s in the evening and the leaves are starting to change colors. Unfortunately, Fall weather often brings with it colds and the flu. Here are just a few tips to stay healthy as the weather turns cooler.

Eating Healthy

While there are fewer options for in season fruits and vegetables in the Fall, eating seasonal fruits and veggies ensures your produce will be less expensive, more nutritious and taste better. With Summer ending, Fall superfoods like pumpkins, apples and Brussels sprouts are ripening. Also, add color to your diet! Raspberries and other colorful fruits are high in antioxidants. Keeping your diet full of these and other healthy foods can help boost your immune system.

Vitamins

Talking a daily multivitamin can keep you healthy year round. It will ensure you're getting a daily dose of the vitamins that are most essential to your health and wellness. Be sure you are getting enough omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D3. Stay hydrated by drinking juice, water or green tea instead of soda.

Get Adjusted!

One of the best ways to stay healthy is to get adjusted regularly. By going to your chiropractor for wellness visits, you can keep yourself healthy and boost your immune system. Since the nervous system is connected to the spine, just one misalignment, or subluxation, can cause your immune system to be compromised. Talk to your chiropractor about which vitamins and supplements are best for you, ways to adjust your diet, and how often you should get adjusted. Everyone is different in what works for them and your chiropractor can help figure out the best routine for you.
