Did you know that eating fish can keep your heart healthy? Fish are full of various vitamins and nutrients that are good for you and help fight things such as heart disease. Studies show that half or less of Americans eat fish weekly.  So, why should you eat fish?


Omega-3’s -   Fish are high in omega-3 fats. These help fight heart disease by lowering blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and more.
