Warm weather is here! After the snow and ice we have seen over the past few weeks, it’s refreshing to have sunshine and warm weather in the forecast. Now is the time to get back outside and get to exercising again! Here are a few things you can do that will help with strengthening your back.

-  Planking- You may be thinking, “Yuck!” But planking is a great way to strengthen your core as well as your back muscles. You can do it inside or you can go outside to do it and enjoy the sunshine!

-  Walking- Get back to the basics! Enjoy the fresh Spring air and go for a long walk. Make sure you have good, supportive shoes on. Take the whole family with you or plug in your favorite tunes and enjoy some “me” time.
