Have you tried yoga to combat pain in your lower back, stretch out your hip flexors, hamstrings, or back?
If not, perhaps you should try yoga.  More specifically for back pain, posture and tightness... try the below yoga poses!

First, lay on your back (on a yoga mat, if you have one) start with just stretching out with your arms overhead and your legs straight and flat on the floor. (if this hurts, bend your knees).
Then starting with the right leg, pull knees one at a time up to chest and roll onto your side. Get onto hands and knees to start this sequence:

4) Reverse Pigeon Pose
