"Spring Forward" Doesn't Mean Losing Your Sleep Routine...


Daylight savings time strikes again with the time change! Even with the chilly weather over the past few weeks, we're officially now in Spring.  

 As we "spring forward" and lose an hour of sleep, you don't have to worry that you will be more exhausted.

Be sure to stick to your routine! 

Sticking to your routine is one thing that will help keep you from feeling tired when the time changes. Head to bed 15 minutes early for a few days to get a few extra minutes of rest. If bedtime for the kids is 8pm, don't let them stay up late because of the time change. They may feel like they aren't tired and ready for bed, but they can have quiet time and rest. Sleep is important for all ages!
