About Texas Chiropractic College

Texas Chiropractic College teaches the leaders in alternative health care. Our Doctors of Chiropractic begin their journey with a solid foundation at our Pasadena school. TCC understands the value of combining technical learning with a hands-on approach and throughout our 100 years, we continue to partner with local hospitals to offer our students the best learning experience. At TCC, our students and faculty are a close-knit group that supports, encourages and learns from each other. With nearly 300 students on campus, our community networks and forms bonds that last as our doctors begin their career as a chiropractor.

Who We Are

Texas Chiropractic College is a highly ranked educational center for those desiring a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, DC. We also offer a human biology Bachelor of Science program to complement and expand on the DC degree. Our approach is research-based and we use a combination of classroom learning, patient care and internships to promote a well-rounded environment.

What We Do

Here at Texas Chiropractic College we build future Doctors of Chiropractic. As our students flow through the learning process, we also promote well-rounded people by encouraging participation in student organizations and extracurricular activities. We want our students to form lasting bonds in ways that extend beyond quality patient care. When our students become doctors who understand the benefits of physical activities, for example, we know that they offer accurate lifestyle guidance for their patients.

How We Do It

Our learning arena at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena extends beyond the TCC campus. We include local health centers and hospitals in our educational experience so students receive hands-on learning. We promote the value of chiropractic within our community as we send our ethical, helpful, kind and intelligent students into areas they are needed. Students absorb the learning and are able to recover these experiences when they begin their own practices or when they work for other health systems. Our hospital rotations include the Texas Medical Center and other clinics in the Houston area. We believe in our Preceptorship program, internships and clinical visitation programs.

Where We Are

Our 16-acre campus is located in Pasadena- just outside of Houston Texas. On campus, we provide computer labs, a fitness center, cafeterias, research centers and a bookstore to improve the student experience. Our campus safety patrol monitors student activity to keep an atmosphere of calm as our students learn and grow. Our location near Houston is ideal as students are able to enjoy the experiences of the city including sporting events, concerts, restaurants and theater productions.
