Fibromyalgia Relief

Dr. Jere does an extensive exam and consultation to locate the exact causes of any non-optimum condition.

Get effective treatment for your chronic aches and pain

Dr. Jere Jarrett has seen quite a few patients suffering from fibromyalgia over the decades and has a very good success rate in getting them out of pain and back to an active lifestyle. He’s an expert in finding the underlying source of a condition, like fibromyalgia, allowing him to offer immediate relief with results that last.

Fibromyalgia has many causes, but Dr. Jere finds the most common to be any or a combination of improper nutrition, bad chronic adrenals, hormone imbalance, yeast problems, allergies, a toxic reaction or your digestive system not working properly.

Dr. Jere will use his extensive training and experience to find out what triggers your fibromyalgia using muscle testing and diet and nutritional evaluation. Then he’ll treat your fibromyalgia problem through gentle spinal manipulation and nutritional therapy.

Conventional treatment of Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia cannot be diagnosed by a lab test and therefore the diagnosis is based on symptoms. Typical medical treatment to relieve fibromyalgia pain and discomfort includes painkillers and anti-depressants which merely mask the symptoms and can have undesirable side effects.

In conventional medicine, no one addresses the cause of the fibromyalgia, causing a worsening condition. Dr .Jere addresses the source of the fibromyalgia to remedy the condition at its root.

About Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a complex, chronic and debilitating condition. It affects three to five percent of the general population and occurs in people of all ages, even kids. People suffering from fibromyalgia pain know that daily life can be a struggle. Roughly one-quarter of people with fibromyalgia are work-disabled.

Fibromyalgia is a common syndrome in which a person has long-term, body-wide pain and tenderness in the joints, muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues. Although there are many symptoms, the primary symptom of fibromyalgia is chronic, widespread body pain that may be mild to severe.

The pain associated with fibromyalgia often is described as a constant dull ache, typically arising from the muscles. To be considered ‘widespread’, the pain must occur on both sides of your body and above and below your waist.

What causes Fibromyalgia?

Sleep disturbances are one possible trigger of fibromyalgia.

The exact cause or causes of fibromyalgia is unknown. But possible triggers of fibromyalgia may include:

  • Sleep disturbances
  • Emotional or physical trauma
  • Poor nutrition
  • Chronic adrenal gland problems
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Yeast problems
  • Toxic reactions to something
  • Digestive issues
  • Infection, like a virus, although none has been identified
  • Areas of the brain responsible for pain may react abnormally in fibromyalgia patients

Coexisting conditions

Many individuals with fibromyalgia may also have:

  • Allergies
  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Headaches
  • Depression
  • Endometriosis
  • Irritable bowel syndrome

Fibromyalgia Symptoms

Fibromyalgia is most common among women aged 25 to 50. However, although more women are diagnosed with it, men and children can develop it, as well.

Although the symptoms are chronic they may fluctuate throughout the day. If the condition isn’t diagnosed and treated early, symptoms can go on indefinitely. Or they may disappear for months and then recur.

People with fibromyalgia can have any combination of these and other symptoms, and to varying degrees of severity:

  • Pain that can change location and intensity from day to day
  • Many tender places on the body that are painful
  • Muscle pain, cramping, spasms and/or weakness
  • Severe headaches and migraines
  • Moderate or severe fatigue and decreased energy
  • Insomnia or waking up feeling just as tired as when you went to sleep
  • Abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, and constipation alternating with diarrhea
  • Difficulty remembering, concentrating and performing simple mental tasks
  • Stiffness upon waking or after staying in one position for too long
  • Balance problems
  • Burning or itching skin
