2 frozen bananas *see note
1 heaping Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder
1/4 cup almond milk
~ Place in a blender or food processor and process until smooth
~ Enjoy!!!
NOTES:
* Can add more peanut butter if desired, chunky works great also! I usually add much more
peanut butter than whats listed but we're peanut butter lovers!!!
* Make it a smoothie by adding more milk
* Banana tip: peel your banana and cut it into 2 inch chunks prior to freezing, it will make
blending much easier
