2 c unsweetened coconut flakes (see variations below for other options)
1 c cocoa powder
1 c raw honey
1/2 c nut butter of your choice (i use coconut butter with the unsweetened coconut flakes)
1/3 c coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
~ Pulse all ingredients in food processor to brownie-like consistency
~ Roll into small balls and refrigerate
~ Store in refrigerator
VARIATIONS:
* Finely chopped nuts can be substituted for the coconut flakes
* Some additional favorites: using peanuts for the coconut flakes and natural peanut butter for the nut butter, cashews/cashew butter and almonds/almond butter
