STRAWBERRY LEMON BASIL DRESSING
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp pure maple syrup, or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
~ Process strawberries, basil, lemon juice and oil till smooth
~ Add in salt, pepper and maple syrup to taste
Optional Salad Toppings:
~ Toasted unsweetened coconut
~ Toasted almond slivers
~ Chopped fresh strawberries
~ Chiffonade fresh basil
