BLACKBERRY BALSAMIC DRESSING
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
~ Simmer blackberries until the juices are released, let cool *see note
~ Add next 5 ingredients
~ Bottle and refrigerate for 1 week before using
* NOTE: can be made without heating too
